Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised items
- Perishable goods
- Final sale items (if applicable)
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
